I will never use UPS ever again to send parcels.
I paid for a parcel to be delivered to France. After 3 months, they returned it to me saying the recipients name was wrong on the parcel. They then admitted to me that the non-delivery was their error and subsequently refused to refund my payment.
This is theft and a breach of terms and conditions.
I have complained and they refuse to deal with it.
Seriously the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
