Simply the worst delivery company in the UK!
I have waited over a month for a parcel, spent one and a half hours on the phone, emailed the CEO, emailed customer service and still no parcel. Today the website says it has been delivered, it has not!
I have no idea how they are in business compared to the competition they are miles behind. Useless!
