Very expensive large package missing since 26th of November 2020 ,today is the 2nd Feb 2021 ,IT was a consignment 1 of 4 from Nottingham to Dorset 3parcels arrived over several days but the 4th still missing. Drivers just shrug shoulders.check with depot.No contact number just a completely useless Ai robot on line .
This is just appalling non service
