Appalling. Inefficiency and theft are now ingrained into UPS work culture. Avoid at all cost. Of 14 items (all UK based) only one had arrived on time. All others are still delayed/lost/stolen. There are growing numbers videos concerning items that have been stolen from UPS depots and sold in Cash Converters.
