Ordered an item over £85 in value for health reasons and never received it. All they do is put back the delivery date. Their customer service is also useless, based in south Asia and takes about an hour to talk to them, at the end of which nothing happens and the problem remains unresolved. when I am ordering something, I will make sure they are not using this shipping company.
