The worst service I have ever had in my life. The depot is about 10 miles from my flat, they wont let me pick it up direct. 12 days in a row it has been out for delivery and they cancel it due to adverse weather conditions (it has been sunny and 12 degrees for the last week and a half). I have called for redelivery and still nothing, I have asked them to leave it at my local depot and still nothing. I just called again on a Friday as they promised it would be with me today and they have said it might me Monday now (can't even guarantee it!) When I tracked my parcel it said 10 days cancelled due to weather and now when I track it, it says 3 delivery attempts - I actually laughed when I read that because they have changed history, I have been in lockdown with 4 people and have not missed a parcel in over a year. Now when I call they put the blame on me for missing it! The customer service is terrible, the local depot I spoke to are brain dead and the delivery drivers are liars. I will never shop online retail if they have any link what so ever to UPS - Abysmal service and incredibly unprofessional.
