UPS have had my parcel sat in one of their warehouses for over a month where it has been scanned over 20 times. Their customer service is terrible, the only explanation they could give me is “brexit” which I feel is a lie since I’ve had other UPS parcels arrive since then with virtually no delay.
I am not able to get an explanation from anyone about what is keeping this parcel from being delivered. 100% one of the poorest couriers going.
