UK to Italy parcel went nowhere in 3 weeks!
Paid for parcel UK to Italy. Ups held the parcel at Heathrow for over 3 weeks, then sent it back to my home address!!. Tried to email them, the log in on the web site doesnt work. I called them, 30 mins taken to do nothing but call me back. Call back never happened.
I have had to refund my customer and I have lost £12 to UPS.
