UPS CEO if you need to contact someone. He is useless at responding but im sure a few emails may wake this waste of space up. i called the CEO of parcelmonkey with an issue and it was sorted by the CEO at PM in two days. this idiot is Mr hide and seek. too big to help UK customers.
