A parcel for us arrived at Notts depot on Wednesday we were advised of delivery for Thursday. Didn’t arrive then advised it would be Friday didn’t arrive. Phoned their customer services today Saturday. Who said it may be Monday but not sure! we only live 15 miles away but they are unable to deliver a birthday gift that was for the Friday.
Use Hermes or Yodel but don’t use ups if you want anything on time.
