Sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience??? Is silly I have been waiting for my parcel from Europe for 7 weeks now and when you track shipment in a morning they says in transit we going to deliver on Monday and afternoon is saying delayed due to brexit and it's been like that for weeks now ...
And there is no such thing as customers service you call them and all you can hear is the same what you cen see on website no help at all. So disappointed!
It's your parcel but you cannot do anything about it they will hold it as long as they want.
