They seem to have stolen my parcel just like the other reviews .this happened to me also.
Tracker keeps saying held in warehouse .I paid for an express service 24hour to sweden from UK.
This didn't happen. I made 4 phone calls each 45 mins they say someone will call you .no one ever does .
I have lost a shipment that is almost 1000 pounds and they are not even bothered. Big compensation claim coming to ups .absolute money rubbers
