If there was an option for 0 starts that is what UPS deserves.
I payed $1000 for 6 boxes to be delivered from China to Bolivia they said it would take 1 week. Well it has been a month And I still don't have the packages, after several phone calls, emails and visits to UPS office in Santa Cruz Bolivia the only response I got is “ we are not responsible for what UPS international does, we just receive the packages here”
