What a joke of a company!
I have had the worst experience using UPS and find the service to be appalling. I tried to send a parcel on the 1st April and got a message telling me they did not have the right customs information. I sent the correct form over 15 times to 5 different e-mail that I was given and not 1 reply! I then asked for me package to be returned over 1 week ago now..... I then get a message yesterday telling me clearance has been successful! I JUST WANT THE PACKAGE BACK!
This was an e-bay item that had to be refunded because it has been over a month that I tried to send it.
If it gets sent the person will be getting £160,00 worth of items for FREE!
This has been an unacceptable service and a disgrace. I want the package back or the £160,000 I have lost due to your inadequate service.
I have e-mailed about the 20 times and never get an adequate response.
