UPS has the WORST customer service. They lost my parcel and did absolutely nothing to help.
After four months of me calling them with regards to my parcel that they lost they confirmed they lost the parcel and said they couldn’t do anything.
If you can DONT EVER USE UPS please, really don’t want anyone to go through the constant useless loop-holes ups put me through when I was trying to get them to pay me what the parcel was worth.
Only writing this review so people know that if they loose you parcel UPS won’t do anything to fix the problem.
