UPS respond to bad reviews on review websites and Facebook with what appears to be an automated message to write an email to their complaints department. This is all a front as there is nobody home! After several attempts over a number of weeks my email, post, Facebook, etc, I've still not had a reply from them - not one. And they still have the additional £36 they billed to my credit card without my permission or notification and nobody on the phone can tell me what it's for! This was after they took a month to deliver a parcel I paid £186 for 2 day delivery. Never again.
