UPS are so, so bad, I can't explain how frustratingly bad they are. They've lost my delivery, after calling 3 times, they still won't send me my invoice. The refuse to reimburse for the package they've lost. This is just this time, every other encounter I've had with them has been horrific, you can't email, you can't chat online, you can only call. We're telling all of our supplier we won't work with them if they work with UPS. I recommend you do the same.
