Useless customer service
Useless customer service - Sent parcel 12/04 (April 12) to Spain and after 04/05 it stopped moving in their system. Just spent 20 mins on to customer services to be told they can't work out where it is, can't email the recipient (only telephone, but he's deaf!) and aren't sure what the problem is anyway. 'Offshore' handler kept saying they want import information from me, despite me explaining I was the exporter and if they were to email the recipient he might have that info, but apparently they can only phone, which won't work.
Completely useless company as far as problem handling goes - 20 minute call was mostly silence as the handler was useless at explaining what they required from me yet kept awaiting a response.
First five minutes was explaining situation to a woman who then put me through to a man to whom I had to explain the whole situation again.
Very infuriating experience - Left unresolved and have filed 'lost' claim with brokerage now.
