No communication whats so ever,no delivery date ,it took 7 days from order from China to arrive in UK but 2 weeks later no delivery yet despite all charges are paid
Customer service cant not even find their own reference For payment which they provided.
I would give the a minus star ,they have a lot of work to do before even 1star
