Sent by next day delivery 10th of may. I guess I am lucky from the reviews below, it was delivered on the 20th. the tracking is not showing as delivered apparently they are sending it back to me, I only know that it has because I have been keeping in touch with the customer.
The tracking shows multiple delivery attempts, none of which happened, one entry says the customer refused delivery, which is a lie, the next entry says I refused the return. You cannot trust anything the tracing info says. I am just selling off my clutter trough eBay so I have time to keep on top of these things and talk to my customer. If you are a business with a lot of parcels going all at once I would not use UPS. this is by far the worst service I have ever had from a carrier and it is not like it is the cheapest option either
