UPS is sending me an invoice with late payment charges dated May 10th on May 20th. Never heard from them before, so not sure what the late charges are for? Moreover, I have not imported anything from the EU, so not sure why the invoice in the first place!!! Customer service non-existent, Helpline non-existent, Invoice support non-existent. 3 hours late still listening to a recorded tape.... In my experience, UPS is a company that bullies customers into wasting time and money.
