UPS collected import taxes fir an item I purchased from the EU then damaged the item in transit.
The seller didn’t get the return for over a month as it sat in a UPS depot but did refund me.
UPS have refused to refund me my import duty which I consider very poor practice and illegal.
I won’t be buying from outside UK again and I wouldn’t use UPS fir anything
