I have the WORST experience of my life using UPS to ship my thing from the UK to Spain. HORRIBLE customer service. Called everyday for 20 days. Everytime they told me: " I will send a message to the department responsible for that and you need to wait for 24/48 hours."
Next day....same thing again.
For sure I WILL NEVER EVER use UPS again.
