I've been talking to customer support every day since the 1st of June to rectify a delivery address on a parcel that's been stuck in the local depot. The service representative always assures me that the new address and access phone number have been saved, yet the following day, I'm always notified via email of either an incomplete address or a lack of a security access code. I've spoken to over a dozen service representatives to ensure that the driver had the correct information. Do not use UPS.
