Promised a refund after 4 customer service people hung up; another told me I had to claim my refund of duty from the Irish govt even though I live in England. The other two refused to give me UPS EORI number so I could claim my refund of duty on a parcel that was returned to Ireland.
Nobody cares there about customer service at all.
