I give the driver a 5 star and the store a 5 star but the 800# for help if anything goes wrong is a zero! UPS has made it next impossible to contact them and actually speak to an agent! I was actually trying to help them out when my package was found at my neighbors, but they make it near impossible to speak to a person. Their computer hangs up on you if you want an agent! There is no reason for a nation wide company to have this type of set up.
