blatant thieves
I ordered rare rough opals. gave instruction to UPS to deliver this parcel to their own facility " access point" so i could pick it up from there.
instead they "delivered " it to an address that doesn't exist. acquired no name or signature from the person they handed it too.now i find it impossible to retrieve money. made claim,spent hours filling documments,and now being told i need to sent those documments to fill to the sender.at this point i am taking it to the court.not gonna do hours of administration jobs for them
