Terrible service.
Several days of delay in releasing a small box of old clothes from customs and ended up paying a lot more than what initially agreed the delivery would cost. There was no warning during booking that more costs may come up so I can take an informed decision on whether I want to use them or not. The UPS office in the destination country blamed their own company office of the origin country of the way they handled it, yet they were not able to resolve the issue.
Will never use them again.
