Instead of sending me the invoice, UPS put debt collectors on my case
Instead of contacting me directly about an apparently unpaid invoice for import duty owed on a parcel from Germany 6 months ago, UPS went ahead and handed the invoice - which I had never received, nor received any reminders about, despite UPS being in possession of my contact details and address - to a debt collecting agency. I learned about the unpaid invoice in a very unpleasant letter from the debt collection agency. I will never use UPS for anything ever again.
