About half of the items that Amazon sends me via UPS don't arrive or arrive at the wrong address. Sometimes they arrive at an address in my town that ends in "Road", My address ends in "Lane". Sometimes they simply disappear. The UPS tracking confirmation for my most recent undelivered item stated that my package was "left at other" "by driver discretion". Of course the address that Amazon printed on the package was not "other", but an actual address that included the town, road, house number and zip code. I never have problems like this with items shipped by Fed Ex, Prime Delivery or services like Door Dash. I find it hard to believe that in this era when anybody with a smart phone can look up and find your address that so many UPS drivers seem to find delivering a package to the address that's clearly printed on it's label an impossible mission.
