Putting updates in that are not true. Stating customer refused delivery. They are unable to deliver to a house nor to UPS collection point. Customer service only sends emails to warehouse which don't give a flying F anyways. The company is a joke.
If I ever see a online shop shipping product using UPS I won't buy from them.
