Firstly, gave one star due to zero not being an option. Ordered an electric bike and accessories with ups as the designated carrier. Was informed on 2nd September that both items were due for delivery 3rd September. We were going on holiday on 3rd, so I rescheduled for 15th September via the link. I then received a confirmation email (for both packages) confirming that delivery had been successfully rescheduled for 15th. On the morning of the 3rd, prior to us leaving, one of the two items arrived. Not as planned, but never mind, we were there to take receipt. The driver only 1 of 2 items and assured me that the 2nd would be delivered as planned. Yesterday morning, the second item arrived. Despite the confirmation stating a signature was required it was left at the side of the house in an unsecured location. Since yesterday I have spoken to 3 different agents and wasted one and a half hours of my precious holiday time trying to resolve the matter. It should be a case of "we messed up. We'll collect it, keep it safe and redeliver on the scheduled date"... No, no, no, it appears that this is a highly complex problem! In conclusion, I still don't know if my parcel is safe. My advice would be avoid at all costs
