Appalling service. Sadly one of my suppliers in the US uses them to deliver to me in the UK. Their packages always arrive 2 weeks or more after the date their tracker tells us it will arrive (the tracker just tells us to expect the package "tomorrow" every day so you never know when to expect it). They have recently claimed to have delivered a package worth over £8,000 to my building however our cctv proves this is not the case. They have no idea where the package is, offer no apology and that is that apparently. Thankfully my supplier was willing to send a replacement package out at their cost and are now fighting with UPS about it. I understand that mistakes can happen but UPS have no willingness at all to help fix these mistakes. Their customer service is seemingly designed to be as lengthy and difficult as possible in hopes that the customer just gives up and forgets the issue. I can't believe they are an industry leader when their service is so consistently terrible. Use Fedex or another competitor unless you really do not care if your parcel arrives or not...
