I had a terrible service shipping from uk to Ireland no proper coordination when the package was stuck , and the customer support is useless they give different information on every call At last after a month I got connected to customs and import support and there some one named Gabriela helped me with the package , half of the guys don’t know wats happening Anyways after 40 days I got my parcel which was to be delivered in a week time After creating a new label still they put my wrong address on the parcel
The good thing is I asked them to hold the parcel at the centre were I got it collected Thanks ups
