My shoes have been at Stanford Le Hope since 8th November and still show no signs of ever being cleared. Are UPS working from home? I am told daily by the system that the shoes will be delivered to our warehouse the next day, but I know they have not cleared customs. I am also asked daily for some piece of information I have already given 5 or 6 times in the last 2 weeks. It's a different person each time and I only hear from them once!
UPS should withdraw from the market if they are not going to support it properly. We are clearly speaking to an offshore service where the staff have no idea what is going on or any interest in finding out. I await tomorrow's idiot conversation but do not expect shoes any tome soon. Last month when we had exactly the same problem a woman told me clearance can take
up to 4 weeks.
