My package always showed in a wrong status with its address. I tried to fix it on the website, it took 2 days to update, and still showed wrong; then I called the customer service and change it, it took another 2 days to update. And if they took a day to reschedule the delivery. However, 3 days later without any notification or updates, it suddenly told me the package has exceeded the max holding days and would be returned to the sender. And I called the local ups center, the agent told me I could go and do the pick up on the same day. But ridiculously, when I went to the ups center, the staff told me the package was not here. And the lady has blamed me for exceeding the holding date???! Excuse me, it is not me who delayed the delivery and not me who brought trouble to the process. Will never choose UPS again. Really disappointed.
