I shipped several packages on Ebay using UPS. When I received my monthly bill I noticed the shipping charges from UPS were about double from what it said the price would be when I shipped the packages. These were all on different dates. I contacted EBAY and they said to call UPS it is their issue. I called UPS customer service several times and they would not do anything to resolve the issue. I filed 3 corporate complaints with UPS and they never called me back. after nearly 2 months and UPS not doing anything at all to resolve my issue I filed a complaint with the Better Business Borough . After about a week UPS finally called me and wanted to resolve the issue and refund the over charges that they charged me. UPS is DISHONEST. I never use them any more. I use Post Office and for the heavier packages I use Fed Ex. What a Shame UPS. I was an employee of UPS for over 35 years and I will never use them for shipping anything as you cannot trust UPS. They charge inflated shipping charges as much as double what they should be. UPS does not respond to customer complaints and their customer service line does nothing. UPS is corrupt from the top down.
