Worst carrier in all possible dimensions. No updates on a package since 20th of November, no help from customer support, missed estimated delivery date, stuck on "new delivery date will be provided as soon as possible" message in tracking app for 72hours already. No clear communication of whats happening online and over the phone - very useless assistance. UPS you are a mess!!! Ah, yes, I forgot to mention that this is a domestic delivery!!! Honestly I could drive my package in a car on my own and it would be faster and safer than doing it through UPS. Next time I am shipping through DHL.
