DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I was at home all Friday morning on the due delivery date. The courier didn't ring the bell or knock on the door but left his message that the delivery could not be made but would be on the Monday - 2 days to wait. I would be out on Monday, so wanted to rearrange from delivery to pick-up. I phoned the number and was given a long list of options on the automated system. After having been round in circles for some time, I got to the right place. I was offered collection from the Dewsbury depot. Dewsbury is in Yorkshire, but the address I was given said the county was Middlesex. I aborted that attempt and checked on the web site. Yes, showed Middlesex, so had a look in Google and saw that the street address given was correct. However, found that there was a much closer alternative so went back into the arcane sel;ection of options only to find that I had, without intending, chosen Dewsbury. I then tried to change this, but impossible. Eventually found that, by not choosing any option, I got through to an agent. However, he could hardly speak or understand a word of English. He put me on hold on several occasions adding up to around 20 minutes before we gave up. That was about 1.5 hours totally wasted and 2 days to wait thanks to the laziness of your incompetent driver. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
