When I checked the tracking, there was information that the courier did not find anyone at home and left packages at the access point 4 miles from my home, although there are access points closer to me. The ordered goods were express home delivery, but after 8 days I had to take a taxi to pick up the parcels at the access point. It seems UPS is taking the money from the sender for shipping the packages, but it does not care about the delivery, because it is easier to send the package back to the sender than redeliver to the receiver. Better to pay 1 pound more and choose another courier company.
