DO NOT USE UPS!! Worst experience ever!!
I tried to send a parcel with Christmas presents from UK to my family in Romania and booked it with UPS. On their site they have the option to send as a guest (without having to create an account) and that's what I did. Little did I know at that point of the problems it would create...
First of all the label that has to be put on the parcel didn't come through the email, just the invoices, so I wasn't able to send it of with the people who came to pick it up. I then called customer service who said that the only solution is for me to cancel and re-book the delivery. But guess what? You cannot freaking cancel if you don't have an account!!
It has been 2 weeks of me calling these people and trying to get my money back and it's not happening. In the mean time the parcel is still in my possession...
