Horrendous! I have never dealt with a company a bad. We had parcels go missing, we had the driver refuse to take a card payment for the duty that needed to be paid. There technical department is ridiculous, I rang the number customer service gave me for Tec Support, then spent 30 minutes being passed around. Each person I spoke to told me I needed to talk to technical Service and gave me the number I had dialed, this happened 3 times all on the same call. If I could give less than 1 star I would. All this and I didn't even choose to use UPS the, the sender does that.
