Late delivery, tracking system just all lies. They said make delivery attempt the 'first time' twice and we were home all day, plus camera monitoring 24/7. No stickers on door. They change status all the time making false statements.
If it will be late or backed up, just admit it and use accurate tracking info. Don't lie!!
