Review platforms need to introduce 0 stars so companies like UPS can be rated as such. Words can't explain how terrible they are! Parcel was sent via express delivery guaranteed by 2pm today. Tracking showed scheduled delivery for Wednesday 29th so I arranged for someone to wait in the car outside the delivery address to collect the parcel (business is closed due to holidays so no access). Called UPS 4 times today, first advisor told me it can be delivered anytime until 11:59 pm (really??!!!!!). The next advisor said end of day is 5 pm for businesses so it will get there by then.. I requested a simple address change or a pick up from ANY LOCATION but I wasn't allowed until delivery attempt was made but guess what? NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT! Tracking was then updated with a delay and the new delivery date will be shown soon so I called them again yesterday and they said the parcel definitely arrive on Friday. I call again today and they say due to it being New Years eve the parcel will definitely arrive by 2 pm. So I had to arrange for someone else to sit and wait in their car for 4 hours today (and pay them by the way), called UPS 6 times only to be told the same thing THE PARCEL WILL DEFINITELY GET THERE BY 2 PM. At 3 PM I called for the final time, and this time was told that they have stopped the deliveries for the day and it will now be delivered on Tuesday... They can shove the parcel up their f**** ass after today! Absolute disgrace of a company!! Will be moving all business accounts from UPS to DHL.
