I paid my customs fees to UPS courier guy £66.92
I then received a letter to pay extra late payment fees £5.35 which I paid regardless.
And now I have received another letter stating that I never paid customs fees and I still need to pay £70.82.
Careful because I think their couriers are keeping the money for themselves but company doesn’t address the problem.
I am a honest person and I am telling the truth.
Avoid this company.
