90% bad reviews what an achievement!Bravooo!
I am updating my review because the situation is getting worse.
I paid customs fees upon delivery to ups but ups sent me a letter to pay £5.35 for late fees . Then I received a second letter from control account to pay £70.92 on behalf of ups, like I never paid customs fees. I paid control account because if I didn’t pay them within 7 days they would have charge more interests. So I opened a dispute with both of them and called them several times to explain the situation.
Finally ups admitted that I paid customs fees upon delivery! I sent my first email on the 14th of January today 2nd of February but still waiting for refund.
Ups replied :
Please know that I have forwarded your concern once more to our team in charge, for them to follow up and to provide you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Ups recognised that I am right and they made this big mess but they still haven’t refund me! That it’s called stealing!
Please don’t use this company it is no serious and reliable!
