Unbelievably Bad Customer service! I called with an issue, A robot answers and deciphers my request as something completely different and hangs up. You keep repeating agent, customer service, or anything to make the stupid robot understand that you need to speak with someone, but it hangs up every time. I never use UPS because I already know about their "legendary" customer service, And I'll keep NOT using them. Understandably big carriers like UPS have a certain monopoly because you don't have a lot of choices. But I hope that changes in the future...Been trying to speak with someone at UPS for 2 days
