This is the shi*tiest delivery company I have ever come across. I try to send a brand new iPhone 13 pro max with them to Germany. First, they told me that they lost the package, then a couple of days later they came up with a different story, now the package was damaged... I asked then if the package is damaged as you say, can I please see a picture of it.
I started a claim process, no pictures of the damaged phone, no money back and nobody answering email, fax, or phone calls.
The only information they gave me is that I have to wait up to 2 months for my claim to be finished and to get my money back.
The phone is worth 1700 EURO that's a lot of money and with no phone.
Don't use this company, they are several others that are way much better, and at least their customer service works
