UPS have lost my package and are blaming me the sender and the receiver for abandoning a very important package.
When told that neither of us have abandoned they then said the address was incorrect. Not so. I have been sending items to that address in Jamaica by other couriers for a long time without any problem.
I have tried claiming on line but was directed back to their customer service centre who sent me back on line.
It has been over 6 months now and cannot see a satisfactory conclusion.
UPS needs to get their act together.
There are other good couriers out there and I would suggest using them.
