If it was possible to give 0 starts I would. Most unreliable company I know of. Don't call customer service unless you have hours. They make false claims as to why they can't deliver. I've had a package "out for delivery" for 7 days before, and receiving other packages just fine from UPS in the meantime. There truly is no excuse for this unprofessionalism. Last time I checked false advertising is illegal. And what about retaining something that belongs to someone else for up to a week, for no legitimate reason?
The worst part, there is no accountability or attempt to make things right or resolve the issue.
